đȘ Be a Muddy Mama
This is more than a 5Kâitâs a chance to run, laugh, and get muddy for something that truly matters.
When you become a Muddy Mama, youâre not just signing up for obstacles and laughs with your crewâyouâre showing up for the girls of Girls Inc. of Washington County. Every step, splash, and muddy finish helps girls in our community grow up Strong, Smart, and Bold.
đ„ What it means to be a Muddy Mama
Being a Muddy Mama isnât about being the fastest or the fittestâitâs about showing up, trying anyway, and knowing you can do hard things.
Itâs courage over comfort, teamwork over comparison, and laughter even when things get messy.
đ And just so weâre clearâŠ
A Muddy Mama isnât about motherhood.
Itâs any girl age 10+ or woman of any age ready to step into the mud, the challenge, and the fun. If youâre here, you belong here.
đȘ At her core, a Muddy Mama:
Shows up. Tries hard things. And proves to herself she can do more than she thought.
And in doing so, she shows girls in our community what bravery, strength, and confidence look like in real life.
If you want, I can also compress this even further into a 2â3 sentence âhero bannerâ version for the top of the page.
đ Why we run:
Girls in our community are learning to find their voice, build confidence, and believe in whatâs possible for their future. Muddy Mamas helps make that happenâfunding programs, mentorship, and safe spaces where girls can grow into who theyâre meant to be.
So when youâre climbing, crawling, or laughing your way through the courseâyouâre doing it alongside them in spirit.

đ Everything You Need to Know Before You Get Muddy
We want you focused on funânot figuring things out last minute. Hereâs what to know before race day:
đ You donât have to be a runner
Walk it, jog it, laugh your way through it, or stick with your crew the whole timeâthis course is about showing up and having fun, not speed.
đŻââïž Grab your crew + name your team
Half the fun starts before race day. Create a team name so your friends can find you, join you, and show up ready to get muddy together. Costumes and themed t-shirts are highly encouragedâgo all out, match your crew, or come up with something wildly creative. The more fun, the better the photos (and the memories).
đ Run for more than just the finish line
You can fundraise as an individual or as a team to extend your impact and support the girls of Girls Inc. of Washington County even further. Every dollar helps girls grow up Strong, Smart, and Bold.
đââïž One course, all together
Girls and women run the same course at the same timeâjust different registration pricing. This is one shared experience from start to finish.
đ Bring your people
Spectators are encouraged! Invite your cheer squad, your kids, your friends, your âIâm only here for the foodâ crewâeveryone adds to the energy!
đ Parking details
