Our ladies show up clean and unsure of their capabilities, but they sure don’t leave that way; they bond with their fellow participants not only with mud, but with a sense of accomplishment like no other. Muddy Mamas is an untimed 5k mud run and obstacle course for girls/women now in its tenth year of encouraging women to ‘Go All In’ and ‘Get Muddy’ to inspire a sense of strength and accomplishment.

This is a girls only event for ages 10 and up. Men are encouraged to volunteer with our Dirty Dudes!
